Chip or Pitch – That is the Question.
When you have missed a green with your approach shot, all too often you are faced with a decision on how to play your next shot, should you pitch or chip it. In order to make the correct decision you must first understand the fundamental differences between pitching and chipping and how they relate to the shot you have to play.
Our “chipping/pitching lesson” discusses what you should do before you prepare to swing and how you should set your stance, posture and grip. We demonstrate the mechanics for distance control and show you how to make solid contact which will increase your performance inside 100 metres, making you a more confident player while shaving strokes off your handicap.
From beginners to low handicappers, the William Noble Golf Academy helps golfers of all levels by methodically breaking their golf swing into manageable pieces. We understand that each golfer’s goals, physical abilities and way of communicating are different so every “Chipping/Pitching Lesson” we give is unique and personalised.
